Strategic Plan

The strategic planning process began in 2010 with the help of the SEAS Trustees, department chairs and associate deans. The plan was led by a cross-Grounds steering committee and five faculty/staff module teams: undergraduate, graduate, research, finance and organizational alignment.

Data gathering and analysis included interviews, workshops and surveys. Over 30 faculty and staff were actively involved. Over 250 faculty and staff were engaged in the process and over 1,000 alumni responded to an online survey.
