Vicki B. Tucker - SEAS Faculty/Staff Payroll-Personnel Business Manager
Ms. Tucker manages all the Human Resources, Payroll and Time management for all SEAS faculty, research professional staff, and classified personnel. She is the liaison for Equal Opportunity Programs, Human Resources, International Studies Office, and Provost Office. She is responsible for policies and procedures for all SEAS departments and for all liaisons.

Phyllis M. Bibb - Undergraduate/Hourly Wage Administrator
Ms. Bibb is responsible for the payroll process for student research assistants (SRAs), graders, work study students, and all other students paid an hourly rate. She is the contact for requesting UVa Temp Service employees for employing non-UVa students, non-student Temps and for approving postings for hourly classified employee positions as appropriate. Ms. Bibb also assists with various projects associated with this payroll-personnel including telephone counselor for the Dean's Office. In the absence of the Payroll-Personnel Business manager, Ms. Bibb aids in time management (Classified timesheets).

Joan E. Wicks - Graduate Financial Aid Administrator
Ms. Wicks is responsible for reviewing and approving financial aid awards made to all SEAS graduate students. She determines the funding sources for all graduate teaching & research assistantships and fellowships based on departments' awards. She determines and approves all pay rates for financial aid with the School, processes the graduate biweekly payroll, and maintains a graduate student database. Ms. Wicks also counsels and advises students in all areas of award distribution and helps students secure temporary loans when necessary.
