Planning and Publicizing Events at U.Va.

Welcome to the event planning and publicity resource site for the U.Va. School of Engineering. Planning an event involves setting budgets, securing locations, creating publicity and more. The key is to start early. So, whether you are planning an event that will attract an internal Engineering School or U.Va. audience or an event that involves collaboration with non-University sponsors and is open to the public — or anything in between — this is your place to start.
