Staff Rewards and Recognition Program
Yearly, individuals who are members of the staff are selected in recognition of their highest quality support, enthusiasm, and contributions above and beyond the call of duty to the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Individuals are nominated by Engineering School Faculty and Staff. Nomination (minus identifying information) are first reviewed by the SEAS Employee Council. A list of recommended nominations based on a numerical scale is then sent to the SEAS Compensation and Management Committee (CMAC) for its review. After the CMAC reviews its recommendations with the Employee Council, a set of recommendations are forwarded to the dean for consideration.
