Mary Smith is charged with the following responsibilities: preparation and implementation of all SEAS budgets (salary and Dean's discretionary), allocation of resources, resolving budget issues, and establishes new accounts. She is the fiscal administrator for the Engineering School accounts, excluding ledger 5 research.
Paul Willis is responsible for managing purchasing within the Dean's Office. He reconciles the Dean's Office accounts, including equipment trust fund purchases for the Engineering School.
